Encino Commons Lot 9, San Antonio, TX, $1,606,000.00, September 2017 – January 2018. Construction of a 22,000 Sq. Ft. retail shell, site work, utilities.

Zena Retail Center and tenant improvements, Richmond, TX, $875,000.00 September 2017–November 2017. Completed construction of an 18,0000 Sq. Ft., retail shell and built the Zena Spa.

Southside Place Aquatics Center, Southside Place, TX, $3,162,622.00 September 2017 – December 2017. Completed construction of 2 swimming pools, pool building, restrooms, pump rooms, and outdoor kitchen.

TDE Office Warehouse, Missouri City, TX, $2,600,000.00, December 2017 – January 2018. 24,000 Sq. Ft Tilt Wall office/warehouse space, site work, utilities, truck docks.

Sr. Project Manager (February 2016 – Present) Project Manager (January 2016-February 2016)

Project details are as follows:


Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospital Fargo, North Dakota Pre-Construction Services, January 2016 – June 2016. Provided pre-construction services before construction documents were completed. Once put out to bid the project was over budget by $16.00 per square foot, went back to subs and value-engineered the mechanical down $13.00 per foot, and picked up the balance in a buy-out.

Rouses Market #57 Demo & Tenant Improvements Ponchatoula, LA - $2,800,000.00, January 2016 – April 2016. The project team provided project management to support the team on a very aggressive schedule to open the store in 55 days. Repaired damaged relationships with owners and turned over the store on time and under budget.

Dick’s Sporting Goods Sugar Land, TX $3,800,000.00. I took over the project from the team that had to let it go; the project was 12 weeks behind schedule. I spent the first month cleaning up project deficiencies and ramped up to turn over on time. Out of the six stores that opened in October, ours was the first punched and closed out on time contractually.

Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospital Fargo, North Dakota July 2016 – Present, $15,500.000.00. Put together a professional team and subcontractors with a late start trying to beat winter conditions. Currently finishing up Structural Steel erection, exterior framing has started with the building being dried in by mid-December.

Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospital El Paso, TX Pre-Construction Services July 2016 – Present $30,000.00. Provided pre-construction services before construction documents were completed. Nanda Shopping Center Webster, TX November 2016 – Present $1,800,000.00 11,000 square foot shell building currently working on-site utilities and building pad. Scheduled delivery April 2017.

Baybrook Expansion, Webster, TX January 2017 – Present $600,000.00, 3500 Sq. Ft. Ground up.

Nordstrom Rack Portofino Shopping Center, Shenandoah, TX February 2017 – Present $1,700,000.00 and 27,000 Sq. Ft. remodel with 9000 Sq. Ft. expansion for Kite Realty.

Project details are as follows:


Westbury High School Ball Fields Houston, TX – GMP 1 & GMP 2 $5,700,000.00. October 2015 – Present. Provided project management for a baseball & softball field 7- acre site including buy-out cost control, on-site management of 1 Superintendent, 1 Project Engineer, and Project Administrator. Currently buying out the project, doing earthwork, scheduling the work.

Archbishop Joseph A. Forenza Priest Retirement Residence Houston, TX - $7,590,382.00 September 2014 – Present (will be closed out 1st week in Jan 2016). Provided project management for a 44,000 square foot retirement facility on a 3- acre site for the Archdiocese of Galveston/Houston including buy-out, cost control, onsite management of 1 Superintendent, 1 Project Engineer and Project Administrator. The project consisted of high-end finishes, structural metal stud framing, and an engineered metal truss system.

Mandarin Chinese Language Immersion Magnet School Houston, TX – GMP. $26,290,110.00 November 2014February 2015. Provided project management for a 110,000 square foot K through 8 schools for HISD on a 9- acre site including buy-out, cost control, on-site management of 1 superintendent, 1 project engineer, and project administrator. I bought out the project, trained the new PM, and handed off the project.

Walmart Neighborhood Market Mission, TX - $5,878,183.00, May 2014 – August 2014. Provided project management for a 40,000 square foot Walmart Neighborhood Market on a 10- acre site including buy-out, cost control, on-site management of 2 superintendents, 1 project engineer, and project administrator. I bought out the project, trained the new PM, and handed off the project.

Walmart 2765 Los- Fresnos, TX - $10,369,649.00, May 2014 – August 2014. Provided project management for a 140,000 square foot Walmart SuperCenter on a 24- acre site including buy-out, cost control, on-site management of 2 superintendents, 1 project engineer, and project administrator. I bought out the project, trained the new PM, and handed off the project.

Walmart 4112 Brownsville, TX - $13,692,712.00, April 2014 – August 2014. Provided project management for a 190,000 square foot Walmart SuperCenter on a 17- acre site including buy-out, cost control, on-site management of 2 superintendents, 1 project engineer, and project administrator. I bought out the project, trained the new PM, and handed off the project.

Walmart 2763 Donna, TX - $11,802,801.00, April 2014 – August 2014. Provided project management for a 190,000 square foot Walmart SuperCenter on a 39- acre site including buy-out, cost control, on-site management of 2 superintendents, 1 project engineer, and project administrator. I bought out the project, trained the new PM, and handed off the project.

Palmhurst Village Center Mission, TX - $6,513,103.00 April 2014 – September 2014. Provided project management for a 45,000 square foot retail center on a 13- acre site including buy-out cost control, on-site management of 1 superintendent, 1 project engineer, and project administrator. I bought out the project, trained the new PM, and handed off the project.

Walmart 5908 Elsa, TX - $12,470.000.00, August 2013 – June 2014. Provided project management for a 190,000 square foot Walmart SuperCenter on a 29- acre site including buy-out, cost control, on-site management of 2 superintendents, 1 project engineer, and project administrator.

Walmart 5909 Edinburg, TX - $11,798,000.00, July 2013 – May 2014. Provided project management for a 190,000 square foot Walmart SuperCenter on a 27-acre site including buy-out, cost control, on-site management of 2 superintendents, 1 project engineer, and project administrator.

Hurricane Ike Storm Repairs To Reliant Park - $18,000,000.00. Provided project management for the emergency repairs, to seven buildings damaged by wind/water intrusion, Prepared detailed project scope for the repairs, and supervised subcontractors to get the park open and operating.

Reliant Park CMA Special Projects Agreement with Harris County, Texas - $2,900,000. Provided construction management services for small projects, throughout the park complex. Provided management of the installation of LED reader boards, on an aggressive schedule, in Reliant Stadium.

Riffort Renaissance Resort Hotel and Casino In Willemstad, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles - $46,000,000 Provided project management during construction of a 237 key four-diamond resort on a 137-acre site with three building totaling over 500,000 square feet of hotel, retail space, casino, cinema, and a 500 car, five-floor parking garage. Provided project management, field supervision, expediting of materials, shipping overseas, labor, monthly project status reports, budget forecasting, and progress payments.

Duties also include the supervision of the estimating team and the preparation of submittals, subcontracts, purchasing, change orders, and RFIs, which served as a liaison between owners and architects on numerous projects.

Project Superintendent/Project Manager (January 2006 – February 2007)

Project details are as follows:


Provided field supervision, project management, scope revisions, and estimating for Hurricane Katrina related insurance claims for a large New Orleans developer.

Duties included processing information between developers and their insurance company, contracting management, and expediting of materials & labor.

The Shops at Canal Place, The Jackson Brewery Millhouse & Marketplace - $13,000,000. The Catholic ArchDiocese of New Orleans-Provided cost estimates for the Diocese for the $66 million in Hurricane Katrina damage to its properties, mainly low-cost housing and senior care facilities.

Shamrock Construction Co. Inc., Slidell, LA


Project Superintendent/General Superintendent (June 1997 – January 2006)

Project details are as follows:


Completed construction of 32 projects – including twenty-five - 15,000 square foot Walgreens Drug Stores, phases 1 through 3 for Perkins Plaza Retail renovation, and PSI’s new office building and lab renovations, Bank One on St. Charles in New Orleans, with total construction costs exceeding $47,000,000.00. All projects completed were ahead of schedule and under budget.

Responsibilities included building layouts, structural concrete, masonry, structural steel erection, site layout, and paving. Scheduled subcontractors expedited materials and coordinated manpower resource requirements. Managed multiple projects at the same time, supervised and scheduled superintendents, manpower, and equipment on an additional 14 projects.

We served as the liaison between the architect and developer/customer.

At Shamrock, we completed many self-perform duties including the installation of site drainage, building pad grading, compaction of imported soils and sands, excavation of footings, rebar installation, FRP structural concrete, FRP State of Louisiana DOT Highway Tie ins including, obtaining the proper permits and inspections, excavation, subgrade installation, rebar installation and placement of State approved and tested concretes.
