Founded in 2018 by Bert & Rebecca Libourel in League City, TX, INDIGO BUILDERS LLC is a General Contracting Firm with over 40 years of construction management and 30 years accounting/treasury management experience. We are here to serve the Metro Houston/Galveston areas with experience in excellence for completed construction projects in Retail, Big Box Retail, Hospitality, Commercial, Office, Warehouse, Education, Municipal, and Specializing in Medical Office, Retirement, and Assisted Living. We believe that our experience and attitude will make a difference in the construction industry. We can bid, manage construction projects from $2.5 million to $25 million in the negotiated, CMAR, return business, and GMP.
